To join our construction partner network, please fill out the form below with your company details, specializations, and relevant experience. Our team will review your information and reach out when projects align with your expertise.

Requirements for Each Bidding Process (Information to Review in each project)

  • For general contractors, work Risk Insurance (Póliza de riesgos del trabajo del INS)

  • CCSS Registration may be required depending on the project type or bidding process

  • Tax Registry (Hacienda registration)

  • For consultants: Must be properly registered with CFIA (Professional College)

  • For general contractors: Responsible as Technical Director registered with CFIA

Payment:

  • Namu pays weekly on Fridays based on project progress and invoices.

  • Invoices must be submitted by Wednesday each week.

Contract Compliance:

  • Adherence to agreed deadlines and delivery dates.

  • Late fees and penalties apply per contract terms (reviewed per project).

Warranty & After-Sales Service:

  • Full compliance with warranty obligations and post-sale support required.

  • Non-compliance will result in removal from Namu's vendor database.

Communication:

  • I consent to receive notifications about new bidding opportunities

  • I understand my information will be stored for future projects
